If you have placed an order with us and are eligible for cancellation, please note that a $1.00 restocking fee applies to the order
Returns
We provide a 1 year warranty on the movement of all our products.
Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery of your package.
We will bear the cost of reshipping the order, but the customer is liable for the cost of return shipping.
These clocks are inherently fragile, and cases of damage on arrival do happen from time to time despite our efforts in packing them as well as we can. For such cases we will resolve the issue on a case by case basis, either by replacing the affected part or the entire clock.
By default, all sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However we may consider such requests on an individual basis provided if the product can be returned in a similar condition as they arrived in. We will not be liable for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 5% of the product may be charged.
Failure to accept delivery
We will not be responsible in cases where there is a failed delivery due to recipient not being present. Most couriers will usually attempt a couple of deliveries and subsequently will also hold the package at a local facility for a limited time awaiting your pick up before returning it to sender. If a package remains unclaimed and is eventually returned back to us, we will only reship the package at your expense.
